How to order
Please note that all prices stated are exclusive of VAT
Navigate to a product page from the 'Categories' displayed on the home page or from the 'Full Catalogue' on the Navigation bar.
The species displayed in each Category page are listed alphabetically by Latin name. In the Full Catalogue the products are listed alphabetically by common name.
From the top of the product page first select your preferred tree size.
Then enter the quantity that you need into the button displaying the default quantity 1 (just to the left of the Add to Cart button) and add to cart.
Below the Add to Cart button the pricing tiers are displayed. These show the price per plant as the quantity increases.
The price reduces from the single tree price mostly as follows:
- Buy from 5 trees of the same height 25% reduction
- Buy from 25 trees of the same height 45% reduction
- Buy from 100 trees of the same height 52% reduction
- Buy from 1000 trees of the same height 58% reduction
We encourage all customers to place their orders as early as possible as stocks are limited and demand for many species is currently high.
Minimum order
For orders that are to be collected there is no minimum order value.
For delivery a minimum order value of £25.00 applies.

- Order valve £25.00-£99.99 -shipping price £14.99
- Order value £100.00-£249.99 -shipping price £19.99
- Order value £250.00-£1499.99 -shipping price £45.00
- Order value above £1500.00 -shipping price £80.00
Deliveries made on our own transport will be made at a mutually convenient date and time. Our preferred policy is to group deliveries together in order to use our time efficiently and to keep the costs down for our customers. This does however require a degree of flexibility so if you need your trees for a specific date please contact us before placing the order and we will do our best.
Collection
Orders can be collected by prior arrangement on almost any day of the week or weekend at any reasonable time throughout the lifting and dispatch season (mid November - early April)
Payment
All payments placed through the website are handled by the Shopify payment gateway or alternatively you can select PayPal.
The following are accepted:
Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay
Accelerated Checkouts & Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
As an alternative to ordering through he website, an order can be placed by email or phone which can be paid by bank transfer or by card. Payment by card, cheque or cash is possible at the time of collection.
Visiting
We are a busy family run wholesale nursery with our growing areas remote from our dispatch shed. It is therefore not possible for customers to visit for a "look around" like you would expect in a Garden Centre of retail nursery.
Orders take time to lift, grade and bag up and while we pride ourselves on our levels of customer service it is usually not possible for potential customers to arrive without prior notice and expect to drive off with trees shortly afterwards.
