Confirmed orders can be collected at almost anytime but by appointment only.
Orders take time to lift, grade and bag up and while we pride ourselves on our levels of customer service it is not possible for potential customers to arrive without prior notice and expect to drive off with trees 10 minutes later.
The nursery growing areas are not adjacent to the grading, packing and dispatch building and much of our time is spent away from the collection point where we are involved in undertaking field operations.

Delivery
Local deliveries (Cumbria, Northumberland and S.W. Scotland) can be made using our own transport at extra cost to the order value. For more distant destinations other local and national carriers will be used.
For online orders the shipping calculator built into the web shop will work this out automatically for you. This is an estimated figure and if the actual shipping charge is significantly below that of the shipping calculator a partial refund will be made.
The minimum packing and shipping cost is £12.00 +V.A.T.
